Sarah Greenwood, DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™, holds a dual state LPC, LCMHC, in SC. | NC., M.A. in Counseling – Mental Health graduated with High Honors and is a vastly experienced DBT + DBT PE + DYT therapist, educator and consultant- with over a decade experience alone in DBT PE therapy for C-PTSD, often linked to systemic injury, gender-related violence & painful attachment transformations.
Sarah is further a long time yoga therapist specializing in gender harm recovery & intimacy satisfaction with 20+ years experience in yoga teaching instruction and a 500-hr. yoga therapeutics certification. Sarah is a spiritual minority of feminine-empowered nature-based teachings and proud member of LGBTQQNDIOP2SAA+ communities. She/box free is intensively trained by way of retired therapist|author developed neo tantra to teach sacred intimacy and authentic sexuality.
Sarah is also a relaxed yet devoted scholarly|experiential student of non-dual tantrik-yoga.
